We are accepting orders and using couriers to deliver during the COVID-19 lock-down.
Our honey is 100% Pure Western Cape Honey. We do not mix or add anything to our product. It is as good as raw. The only reason why we cannot call it raw, is that we strain it through mesh to remove solid bits and heat it to just over 40c. We decanter the honey into jars after it settles, ready for market!
Pure Cape Honey is a second-generation honey-farming venture. It was established in 1995 by Alvin Hayes and taken over by his son John in 2005. John has built up the business to produce 6-7 tons of honey and over 1100 pollination units per year (The rest they buy in from other bee farmers in the Western Cape).
Please contact us if you would like to know where to find our honey or make use of our pollination service.
